OK, this is always a frequent request, since we've finally
gotten rid of that buggy Windows 9x code. The question comes to
mind: how long has our system been running?
In Microsoft Windows XP Professional that's pretty
easy to find out (along with some other interesting details such as
Uptime):
- Select Start -> Run
- In the open box type cmd and press OK
- At the command prompt type systeminfo (see picture
1).

- When Windows has gathered the data, the System Uptime can be
found near the top of the report (see picture 2).
